What you receive after paying, how quickly it reaches you, and where the service itself is provided.

1. Nothing is shipped
Surat Na Vighneshwar does not sell physical goods on this website. There is no product to dispatch, no courier and no shipping charge. What you pay for is a reserved place at a religious event, or a membership of the mandal. This policy is published in place of a shipping policy for that reason.
2. What you receive, and when

If the confirmation e-mail has not arrived within an hour, check the spam folder first, then look at your account page — the booking status there is authoritative. If it still shows “awaiting payment”, contact us with the transaction reference.
3. Where the service is provided
The aarti and darshan themselves take place in person at the pandal, at Surat, Gujarat, India, on the date and time shown on your booking. Your booking reference and the mobile number on it are what the volunteers check at the entrance.
4. Service area
Bookings can be made from anywhere, including from outside India, but the service is provided only at the pandal in Surat, Gujarat. All amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. If a slot cannot be provided
If the committee has to cancel or move a slot, we contact you on the mobile number and e-mail address on your booking and offer either an alternative slot or a full refund. See the refund & cancellation policy.
